We are a small local team that looks in on Sun City West houses while their owners spend the warm months somewhere cooler. We are not a national chain and not a franchise, just people who work in this community and care about the homes in it.
Sun City West has been growing since Del Webb broke ground in 1978, and many of its homes have seen decades of desert summers. A house with some history deserves someone who notices the small things. That might be a water heater that has started to weep, a drain that smells because nobody has used it, or a back bedroom that runs warm.
The community is also unincorporated, so there is no city hall down the street to call about your house. And the people who make Sun City West what it is, the ones filling the rec centers, the golf courses, and the Stardust Theatre all winter, are often the same people who are away all summer. Someone local has to keep an eye on things in between. That is what we do.
Before you leave, we walk through the house with you and photograph it as it looks that day. After that, we come by on the schedule we agree on and follow the same unhurried routine inside and out. We check the air conditioning, every drain and faucet, the water heater, each room, the garage, and the yard.
You get a short message when we arrive and another when we leave, then a report in plain words on what we found.
