Del Webb broke ground on Sun City West in February 1978, a couple of miles west of the original Sun City, and kept building here into the late 1990s. By the end there were close to 17,000 homes, most of them single level, in more than 140 different floor plans. That long building history is exactly why a house on one street can be so different from a house a few blocks over, and why we take the time to learn each one.
We look after homes near all four recreation centers. There is R.H. Johnson with its library and bowling lanes, Beardsley with its indoor pool and model railroad, Kuentz with the Stardust Theatre, and Palm Ridge. We watch houses along the fairways of all seven community golf courses, from Pebblebrook, Grandview, Deer Valley, and Trail Ridge to Stardust, Echo Mesa, and Desert Trails, and the single family homes, patio homes, and condos off R.H.
